Thank you for shopping with LACO ART! We ship worldwide through our print-on-demand network, producing your order at the facility closest to you for faster delivery and lower environmental impact.
Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Japan. If you can complete checkout with your address, we can ship to you.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Because every LACO ART product is printed-to-order just for you, processing takes 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Your piece is produced at the print facility closest to your shipping address.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery depends on your location:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking availability and detail may vary by destination country and carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Wait 24-48 hours — international tracking sometimes updates with a delay
- Check with your local post office (some international shipments require pickup)
