Where We Ship

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Japan. If checkout completes with your address, we can ship to you.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase. No surcharges. The price you see at checkout is what you pay (excluding any local duties/customs applied by your country).

Processing Time

Because every LACO ART piece is printed-to-order at the production facility nearest you, processing takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your piece leaves the facility.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact support@lacoart.com.

Customs & Duties

For destinations outside the United States, your country’s local customs may apply duties or VAT on import. These are paid by you, not by LACO ART. For most EU and UK orders, our regional production facilities allow delivery duty-paid (DDP) — you won’t pay extra at customs. For other regions, duties may be due upon delivery.

How Returns Work

Each LACO ART piece is printed-to-order at the production facility nearest you. We don’t maintain a central returns warehouse, and physical returns aren’t required for most cases.

If your piece arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact support@lacoart.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team responds within 2 business days and resolves through replacement or full refund — based on photo evaluation.

When physical return is required

In exceptional cases requiring physical inspection, our support team will provide return instructions and a shipping address via email. Please do not ship items to any address without explicit authorization from support — we cannot accept unsolicited returns.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we ship. Within 30 days of delivery, if your piece has:

  • Print defects (banding, color shift outside normal tolerance, incorrect rendering)
  • Damage in transit (frame damage, surface scratches, dents)
  • Material defects (frame issues, hardware problems)

Contact support@lacoart.com and we’ll resolve through replacement or refund. Goodwill discount available in exceptional cases.

Color variation within normal printing tolerance, screen-to-print color difference, and buyer’s remorse are not covered (because every piece is custom-produced for you). Quality issues are.
