Refund & Return Policy | LACO ART

Every piece is printed to order, one at a time, for the order it belongs to. That shapes what we can and cannot do when something is not right, so it is worth two minutes of reading before you buy.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Defective

Damage in transit, a print flaw, or the wrong piece is never your cost.

• Email support@lacoart.com within 30 days of delivery
• Include photos of the piece and the packaging
• We reply within 2 business days

We print and ship a replacement at no charge, or refund you in full if you prefer. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.

If You Change Your Mind

A returned piece cannot be printed again for someone else, so instead of a return we offer something you can use straight away: write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a 50% code for your next piece. No packing, no shipping, no waiting for a refund to clear.

This covers the ordinary reasons a piece does not land: the colour reads differently on a wall than on a screen, the scale is not what the room needed, or it simply is not the one.

If You Would Rather Have a Refund

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Brazil or Mexico, the law gives you the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or none. That right stands whatever we offer alongside it, and we honour it.

• Email support@lacoart.com within 14 days of delivery and say you are cancelling
• Send one photo of the piece so we can see it reached you
• We refund the full amount you paid, to your original payment method
• You do not need to ship it back. Return freight on a framed canvas costs more than the piece, and we would rather not ask you to pay it or pay it ourselves. Keep it, pass it on, or donate it.

One cancellation per order. If you would still prefer the 50% code, tell us and we will send that instead.

Your Rights Under the Law

Nothing on this page reduces a right you already have. In the European Union you have a two-year legal guarantee on goods that are faulty or not as described. In the United Kingdom your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Our own 30-day guarantee sits on top of those, never in place of them.

Refunds

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Returns by Post

We almost never ask for a piece back, because a printed-to-order canvas cannot be resold. Please do not post anything to us without writing first, or we will not be able to match it to your order.
