At LACO ART, every product is printed-to-order just for you. Because each piece is custom-made, our return policy differs from traditional retail. Please read carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about quality issues.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, has a print defect, or is different from what you ordered:

  1. Email us at support@lacoart.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include photos clearly showing the issue (the item and packaging)
  3. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days

Resolution: We will produce and ship a free replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item.

Custom/Print-on-Demand Products — No Returns for Non-Defective Items

Because every piece is custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns on non-defective items. This includes:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person (we recommend reviewing product photos carefully)
  • Size doesn't fit your space as expected (dimensions are listed on every product page)

However, we value your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with a non-defective product:

  • Contact us at support@lacoart.com within 30 days
  • We'll issue a 50% goodwill discount code for your next order
  • This is our way of saying: we can't take it back, but we want you to give us another chance

How to Request Support

  1. Email support@lacoart.com with your order number
  2. Include clear photos if reporting a quality issue
  3. Our team responds within 2 business days
  4. Do not ship items back without contacting us first — we rarely require physical returns for print-on-demand products
